Gaveto and Ferrugem restaurants will promote Portuguese wine and food pairings

Initiative promoted by ViniPortugal and AliveTaste to encourage the enhancement of wine service in restaurants as well as great wine and food pairings
The restaurants Gaveto and Ferrugem will prepare lunches harmonized with Portuguese wines, next October 28 and November 19. The initiative is organized by AliveTaste in partnership with ViniPortugal. Six restaurants have already welcomed the initiative which aims to communicate great examples of national gastronomy and chef creations that highlight the quality of Portuguese wines. The different personalities who participate at every lunch, analyze the lunchtime according to several criteria, seeking to highlight the best and combining the benchmarks that must be followed. In this way, every meal ends with the election of the best wine in list, the best matching proposal, the best starters, fish, meat and dessert. Each participant will expose an opinion about the wine service evaluation. The lunches will have a video report produced by Lightbox, in joint production with AliveTaste.
