ViniPortugal, in partnership with the Bairrada Wine Commission and the cannery A Poveira, owner of Minerva, organizes a tasting of sparkling wines and canned fish, next 20th February, from 7.30 pm, in the Wines of Portugal Tasting Room, at Palácio da Bolsa. During the attendees have the opportunity to try Bairrada sparkling wines and Minerva canned fish pairing. The sparkling wines from Bairrada, with high reputation, are made with different grape varieties such as Baga, Touriga Nacional, Maria Gomes, Arinto, Bical and sometimes Chardonnay. Minerva canned fish has 70 years of knowledge and delights everyone with top quality products. These products are produced with fresh fish, caught every day in the Portuguese coast, selected and manually prepared to surprise the most demanding taste.
