The São Domingos Pomace spirit, distilled in the company´s own alembics, is probably the best-known product produced by Caves do Solar de São Domingos, that in 2006 opened a modern vinification center with capacity of tons of grapes.

Despite the focus on technology, tradition is always present in a visit to Caves do Solar de São Domingos. Don’t miss a visit to the cellars with more than two million bottles of sparkling wine, large thousands of wine bottles and hundreds of French oak barrels for the famous wine derived spirits.
