Michelle Paris é proprietária da Adventure in Wine, é sommelier e educadora de vinhos com sede em Toronto e Embaixadora Certificada da Academia de Vinhos de Portugal. Viajou pela região e fez parte do painel de jurados do Concurso Vinhos de Portugal, está atualmente a trabalhar para obter a designação de Mestre do Vinho.

Ryan Opaz é o nosso guia local. Ele é o CEO da Catavino, empresa especializada em turismo de vinhos e culinária em Portugal e na Espanha e foi condecorado pela Irmandade do Vinho do Porto. Tendo vivido em Espanha e Portugal nos últimos 13 anos, tem um conhecimento profundo das regiões vitivinícolas portuguesas e do seu povo. Michelle Paris and Ryan Opaz are organizing a tour to know and taste the best of the wine regions from north to south of Portugal.
Michelle Paris is the owner of Adventure in Wine. She is a Sommelier and wine educator based in Toronto. She is also a Certified Ambassador of the Academy of Wines of Portugal. She has travelled in the region and has judged the Portuguese National Wine Awards. She is currently working towards her Master of Wine designation.

Ryan Opaz is our local guide. He is the CEO of Catavino, a company that specializes in wine and culinary tours in Portugal and Spain. He has been knighted by the Port Wine Brotherhood. Having lived in Spain and Portugal for the past 13 years, he has intimate knowledge of the Portuguese wine regions and its people.
