
The International Wine Business Program is a benchmark course in the wine sector, combining academic excellence and practical experience.
Developed in partnership between the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and the School of Biotechnology at Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Porto, , it has the participation of the prestigious UC Davis - Department of Viticulture and Enology and the institutional support of ViniPortugal.
The program offers an integrated approach to management, marketing, innovation and sustainability, aimed at businesspeople, entrepreneurs and professionals in the sector. With a blended-learning model, it combines online sessions with immersive face-to-face experiences, providing direct contact with key companies and entities in the wine industry.
Wines of Portugal will be present with a special participation in this course by the Wines of Portugal CEO, Frederico Falcão, who will teach a class and share his knowledge and experience with all the trainees and with Wines of Portugal Wine Educator, Sofia Salvador, guiding a Wines of Portugal Academy.
This training aims to develop skills in key areas of the wine industry, namely management, finance, distribution, planning, marketing, consumer behavior, e-business and wine tourism and is aimed at producers, distributors, managers and other professionals in the wine sector who want to leverage their business through management and innovation, preparing themselves for the emerging challenges of the market.
The 8th edition of the program will begin on April 8, is taught in English and applications are now open. To guarantee your place, you must register using the online form.

A ViniPortugal realizou Fórum Anual dos Vinhos de Portugal no Teatro José Lúcio da Silva, em Leiria, no dia 28 de Novembro.
O Programa deste ano debateu a “Situação actual do sector”, abordou o “Plano Estratégico 2030”, a apresentação pelo IVV dos dados mais recentes das Exportações bem como a evolução do mercado nacional. Como habitualmente dermos a conhecer os Planos Sectoriais de Promoção Internacional para o ano de 2025, articulados entre a ViniPortugal e as Entidades Certificadoras.
