"How to improve your wine service: Wine by the Glass". The Horeca channel is invited to participate in the training sessions - in Porto on November 14, at the Palácio da Bolsa and in Lisbon on November 28 at the headquarters of the Interprofessional Organization of the wine sector, Edifício IVV, Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, Lisbon. Both events take place between 3pm and 6pm, with free access, aiming to promote the progress of the wine service through a greater knowledge about the art of serving wine “by the Glass”. The sessions will focus on wine conservation techniques and instruments. To promote a responsible service will also be presented guidelines about the Portuguese wines as well as basics of harmonization. The trainings are organized under the slogan "How to improve your wine service: Wine by the glass" and are targeted to professionals from different areas such as restaurants, bars, discotheques or Wine bars, with the purpose of promote an improvement of the business through a personalized experience between the consumer and the establishment in wine tasting.
