Decanter Magazine, for its special edition of November that celebrates 40 years of the magazine, had challenged 40 wine critics, including staff and contributors to pick “their favourite wine of 2015”. In this selection, Portugal totaled 5 outstanding wines ahead of Spain, New Zealand, South Africa, Chile and Argentina.
