Workshop By The Glass is an advantage to the catering sector

"Invest in your business Cup to Cup" is the slogan of the workshops By The Glass promoted by ViniPortugal. The next meeting will be held on Monday, 6 April from 3 pm, at Palácio da Bolsa, Porto. The initiative is targeted to the Horeca Channel and has free access, being only required registration through the email: daniela.macedo@viniportugal.pt or by the number213569890. “The wine By the glass is an advantage to any restaurant, bar, disco or wine bar. ViniPortugal challenges Canal Horeca to “Participate and learn for free how to put into practice the wine By the Glass in your business”. The main purpose of the workshops By the Glass is to strengthen the promotion of Portuguese wines close to Horeca Channel and encourage good service fostering the advantages of quality service “By the glass”. Another motivation of this training is to boost the education policy which favours the moderate wine consumption, sensitize the Horeca channel about the necessity of encouraging a new approach to alcoholic beverages, promoting the moderate and responsible consumption. In 2015, ViniPortugal continues to organize workshops “By the Glass”, investing in a more comprehensive format, addressing not only the wine service “By the Glass” such as raise awareness about the wine, increase the knowledge about the Portuguese grape varieties with the purpose to foster the improvement of wine service in the two main national tourist centers.
