The Horeca channel is invited by ViniPortugal to participate in the training held on next Monday, 2nd February, starting at 3 pm, in the Porto Tasting Room, Palácio da Bolsa.The professional Daniela Macedo will guide the workshop organized in the context of the “By the Glass” project. This is an initiative supported by ViniPortugal with the purpose to strengthen their knowledge of domestic wine and transmit the numerous benefits of the wine service “By the glass”. The workshops have a new format, expected to be more comprehensive and focus not only on the service “By the glass”. It’s also important to raise awareness about the wine, increase the knowledge, introduce the specification about the national grape varieties and enhance the improvement of the wine service, in two main national tourist centers.
