The Horeca channel is invited by ViniPortugal to participate in the training held on next 5th January, starting at 3 pm, in the Porto Tasting Room, Palácio da Bolsa. This initiative aims to train the catering national sector, to strengthen their knowledge of domestic wine and transmit the numerous benefits of the wine service “By the glass”. The workshop registration is free and will be held between 3 pm and 6 pm. The professional Daniela Macedo will guide the workshops organized in the context of the “By the Glass” project. They are focused on the wine service, highlighting that the wine “By the Glass” can be a distinctive factor and may enhance the customer loyalty. As a complement, the training will increase the participant’s skills about the wine product and improve the knowledge of the trainees about the Wines of Portugal.
