Train the national catering sector, raise awareness about the Portuguese wine and inform the numerous advantages of wine service “By the Blass” are the main objectives of these workshops. These initiatives will be supported by ViniPortugal, from 1 to 15 December in Wines of Portugal Tasting Room, at Terreiro do Paço, in Lisboa and 5th January in Wines of Portugal Tasting Room, at Palácio da Bolsa in Porto. The workshops registrations are free and targeted to Horeca channel. The professional Daniela Macedo will guide the workshops that will be held between 3 pm and 6 pm. The initiatives are promoted in the context of the “A Copo” project and are focused on the wine service, highlighting that the wine “By the Glass” can be a distinctive factor and may enhance the customer loyalty. As a complement, the training will increase the participant’s skills about the wine product and improve the knowledge of the trainees about the Wines of Portugal.
