Biodiversity and environmental sustainability in viticulture in debate

Conferences organized by Associação para o Desenvolvimento da Viticultura Duriense (Association for the Development of Viticulture in the Douro Region) and ViniPortugal on 4th and 5th November at Casa de Serralves in Porto and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisboa.
The preservation of the genetic heritage of vine plants and the enhanced value of more diverse vine growing landscapes are the main themes of the debate organized by Viniportugal and ADVID that aims to involve wine producers, industry and consumers, on 4th and 5th November in Porto and Lisboa. The seminar “Biodiversity and Viticulture: environmental sustainability, an added value for vineyards and wine” will have simultaneous translation available for English and French. The venue chosen for Porto seminar was Casa de Serralves (4th November, 2pm). In Lisboa the seminar will be held in Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian - Auditorium 3 (5th November, 2.pm). Both have free admission. Antero Martins, Claire Villemant, Joel Rochard, Laura Torres and Ryan Opaz are some of the speakers in the seminar. More information and program here.
