José Diogo Albuquerque, Portuguese Secretary of Agriculture, will be present in the event. The book “Wines with Art” was written by António Marreiros Neto and José António Fonseca and has José Francisco Serrão de Faria illustrations. The event has the support of ViniPortugal and Wine and Vine Institute and starts at 5pm in Wines of Portugal Tasting Room - Lisboa. This book comes more than 100 years after Cincinnato Bernardino Camilo da Costa has presented the book "The Portugal Winery" at the Universal Exhibition of Paris and Alfredo Roque Gameiro have painted the main national grape varieties with watercolors for the same book. The book "Wine with Art" features twenty national grape varieties (the most appreciated and used in wines). The grape varieties watercolors were painting by Joseph Serrão de Faria. The book also honors twenty Portuguese wineries with architectural, decorative and functional value.
