Portuguese wines were awarded in the Italian competition. The award ceremony was organized by the Association of Portuguese Wine Municipalities (AMPV) and was held at Buçaco.
Portugal received 45 medals, a Grand Gold Medal, 12 Gold Medals and 32 Silver. You can check the results here. The AMPV organized for the second time the Portuguese presence in this contest. 118 Portuguese producers attended the competition.
