Registrations open for New Edition of the "International Wine Business" Programme at Católica Lisbon Business & Economics

Another edition of the "International Wine Business" programme of the Católica Lisbon Business & Economics University, in partnership with the School of Biotechnology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, is coming up and applications are open.

This course, which begins on April 27, provides solid training in management and business issues in the wine sector and has the institutional support of ViniPortugal.

The programme is mainly online, but includes immersive experiences in person, and is taught by a faculty of national and international renown, with the presence of professors from CATÓLICA-LISBON and the School of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Porto and renowned personalities of the sector. Wines of Portugal will be present with a special participation in this course by the Chairman of ViniPortugal /Wines of Portugal, Frederico Falcão, who will teach a class and share his knowledge and experience with all trainees and with wine educator Sofia Salvador conducting aWines of Portugal Academy

This training aims to develop skills in key areas of the wine industry, namely management, finance, distribution, planning, marketing, consumer behaviour, e-business and wine tourism. It is intended for producers, distributors, managers and other wine sector professionals who wish to leverage their business through management and innovation, preparing themselves for the emerging challenges of the market.
