ViniPortugal organizes, together with Anselmo Mendes Wines, a special wine tasting inserted into the Wines of Portugal diversity topic - on 3rd March, Friday, at 6:30 p.m., at Palácio da Bolsa. The work of Anselmo Mendes is recogni-sed in Portugal and abroad, not only for the excellence of the wines he produces but also for the surprising and consistent manner in which he innovates. The fermentation of Alvarinho grapes in wooden casks or the use of traditional vinification techniques, such as fermentation on skins, are just some of the methods that set these wines apart in the world of whites. Focusing on the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Avesso varieties, Anselmo Mendes produces serene white wines that have already won various prizes and distinctions and earned the trust of the most demanding critics and wine lovers all over the world. Wines of Portugal participates in the 5th Global Wine Tourism Conference

The 5th Global Wine Tourism Conference this year takes place in Portugal, from the 8th to the 10th of September, in Monsaraz.

Wines of Portugal collaborates with Portugal’s Tourism Institute in this initiative through the organization of a Masterclass, which will take place on the first day of the event (September 8th), from 12:00 to 14:30, where there will be a Wine Tasting of the 14 Portuguese Wine Regions addressed to around 50 international participants who will be at the Conference.
