ViniPortugal will support several workshops “By the Glass”, on June 20 and 27. The first workshop will be held at Porto Tasting Room, on June 20, from 3pm to 5pm. The workshop in Lisbon will be held at IVV building, a week later, on June 27, on the same schedule. These workshops have the purpose to promote the advantages of quality wine service “By the glass”. The workshop is free but the registration is obligatory and will be lead by the professional Daniela Macedo. ViniPortugal also pretends to help Horeca Channel to foster a good wine service, aware about the advantages of this service for both consumers and trader, to present the techniques and wine conservation instruments, to promote the Wines of Portugal, to encourage the moderate and responsible consumption and to explain the basics of harmonization. These workshops targeted to professionals from hotel trade, catering trade, wine bars and bars promote a straight connection with the consummers and the service suppliers as well as the art of drinking wine “By the Glass”.
