The wines of Quinta Vallado will be highlighted today, 10th July, at 6.30pm, at Palácio da Bolsa in Porto. The wine tasting will be conducted by Francisco Spratley Ferreira and is part of the theme Wines of Portugal diversity, in this away should include surprises and new harvests. Quinta do Vallado, built in 1716, it is one of the oldest and most famous estates of Douro Valley. The estate has belonged to the legendary Mrs. Antonia Adelaide Ferreira and remains until this day with her descendants. Quinta do Vallado is famous for producing Douro and Port wines with high quality, recognized worldwide. Recently, they renewed the Wine Hotel to receive the guests properly.
