Winegrowers from Dão Sul, Quinta dos Carvalhais e Udaca will lead the wine tasting and talk about the Dão wine’s potentialities. Dão wine region has been recognized by their different and interesting wines. Wines available at wine tasting: - Quinta dos Carvalhais, Alfrocheiro, 1992 - Quinta dos Carvalhais, Touriga Nacional, 1998. - Casa de Santar Reserva 2000 - Casa de Santar Reserva 2008 - UDACA Garrafeira 1996 - UDACA Touriga Nacional 1999 The wines will be paired with some specialties made by “O Comercial” restaurant and attendees will also have the opportunity to join a dinner with dishes specially created to pair with these Dão wines.
