Luís Pato, Paulo Sousa and Mário Sérgio will lead the Baga wine tasting in Wines of Portugal wine tasting room, Palácio da Bolsa, Porto. Bairrada is the famous home of the Baga grape variety. Baga wines have deep color and a rich but lean, tannic, high-acid structure and can age remarkably well. The Baga wines will pair with dishes made by “O Comercial” restaurant and attendees will also have the opportunity to join a special dinner specially created for the Baga wines tasted.
