Tem Portuguese wines have been awarded with medals in China Sommelier Wine Challenge 2011.
Wines from Alentejo, Douro, Lisboa and Tejo wine regions got gold, silver or bronze medals. The Gold medals highlighted the quality of two Alentejo wines (Granja Amareleja and Lima Mayer) and another one from Douro – Evel Grande Reserva. The China Sommeliers Wine Challenge is the only Chinese sommeliers focused blind tasting wine event of its kind. The event brings together China’s leading sommeliers, both local and international working in China, and a panel of renowned sommeliers.
