The award, considered by many as the Oscar of the wine industry, will be delivered to Salvador Guedes, in a ceremony that brings together the most notable figures of the wine and spirits industry worldwide, on January 24th, in New York. The Wine Star Awards annually distinguish regions, companies and personalities that stand out in 11 categories. Among previous winners are the American legend Robert Mondavi, Ernest and Julio Gallo, Piero Antinori and the recognized, Jess Jackson and Philippine Rothschild, in addition to producing companies such as Torres, Louis Roederer, among others, which now Sogrape Vinhos joins.
