Event description
In line with the Promotion Plan approved for 2026, Wines of Portugal will organise wine tastings in Orlando and New York, in the USA, aimed primarily at producers with distribution in the market.
These tastings are aimed at professionals – distributors, importers, retailers, sommeliers, F&B managers and wine and gastronomy media – and consumers at different times:
» Orlando – 100 professionals and 200 consumers
» New York – 200 professionals and 300 consumers
As part of the tasting programme, the following activities, amongst others, will be organised:
» A seminar with wine tasting aimed at trade professionals;
» A partnership with wine.com to encourage the purchase of wines already listed on this platform, through special promotion on the website and at the tasting event for end consumers.
