Event description
It will take place in France the 15th Master of Port, prestigious competition organised by the Port Great Brands Syndicate of France and the Sommelier French Union with the aim of distinguishing the excellence of French "Sommeliers" and promoting Port Wine reputation. The Port Wine and Douro Wine Institute of Portugal) (I.V.D.P.) is also a partner. Regional selection will be held on the 23rd of January 2012 and the best candidates will go through to semi-finals and then to the "Master of Port" final in June. Awards will be given on the 18th of June 2012, in Paris. (Registration deadline – 23rd December 2011)
